The kit open, teleconsultation screen live in the lid

A drone-delivered first-aid kit with teleconsultation built in, for India's remote highways where ambulances miss the Golden Hour. It lets an untrained bystander give guided pre-hospital care until help arrives.

What I did

  • Researched EMS delay through CAG reports and interviews with trauma doctors, and mapped the bystander ecosystem.
  • Designed the container: impact-resistant, shock-absorbing, with a universal drone mounting system.
  • Organised the contents by urgency with visual labelling, and laid out the two-way communication module.
