A tech-enabled meal-prep service with AI-driven meal plans, calorie tracking and sustainable delivery. Aimed at busy professionals and students who want to eat well without carrying the planning overhead.

What I did

  • Sized the market and validated the problem before designing: persona work, competitor benchmarking, reverse brainstorming.
  • Designed the personalised planning experience: dietary preferences, smart recommendations, fast ordering.
  • Carried it as venture builder across a four-person team spanning business, data and marketing.
