An AI-powered control panel that unifies delivery, booking and POS for small restaurants and cafés. Deepak designed the founder-led sales strategy to carry it to its first £10,000 of revenue.

What I did

  • Wrote the end-to-end sales playbook: pricing tiers, channel mix, outreach scripts, referral model and demo sequencing.
  • Applied JTBD, SPIN and AIDA to build the ICP set and a three-month revenue sprint tracked on AARRR metrics.
  • Forecast £1,200 to £2,500 MRR inside three months, with the full collateral suite shipped in 30 days.
