A documentation product for storing, retrieving and sharing personal documents securely, built for university students and anyone managing paperwork across borders. Paper is slow, easy to lose and hard to organise; this replaces it.

What I did

  • Ran 1:1 interviews and competitor benchmarking to map the existing documentation ecosystem and its gaps.
  • Built personas and ran a focus group, then re-framed the problem statement before any interface work.
  • Structured the content with card sorting into an information architecture, then wireframed and built the UI.
